Rich Chocolate and Almond Brownies

HOW TO PREPARE

Grease a 22cm x 26cm rectangular oven tray.

Combine eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix using electric mixer for 2 minutes on low speed then for 3 minutes on medium speed or until mixture is very smooth.

Add NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, melted butter and melted chocolate and mix; add flour, almond powder, and cacao powder, mix well until mixture becomes very smooth. Add almond flakes and stir.

Pour mixture over a prepared oven tray, and bake in preheated oven at 175˚C for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer when inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Set aside to cool. Slice and serve.
