Combine all the ingredients together in a blender except the red coloring and crushed ice.

Blend for 5 minutes until smooth; pour the ice and red coloring and blend again for 2 minutes.

Serve in a large chilled glass.

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 1 tin Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 395 g
  • 1¾ cups skimmed yoghurt, frozen
  • ½ teaspoon anise, grounded
  • 2 drops red coloring
  • 400 g ice, crushed
