Below are some tips that will help you lose weight in a healthy and effective way:

  • Follow a balanced and healthy diet
  • Manage and control your portion size
  • Have 3 healthy and balanced meals per day
  • Consume adequate amounts of fiber per day by eating whole grains such as whole wheat bread or cereal such as Nestlé FITNESS® Cereal, brown rice, and legumes such as chickpeas and lentils.

  • Maintain your physical exercise on an average of 3 times a week, 30-45 minutes each.
