Preparation
Place the flour in a pan, stir on low heat until it start adopting a golden color. Remove from heat and spread on a large tray.
Chop the dates, add them to the flour and kneed with hands. Gradually, add margarine or butter until all ingredients are well mixed and form a soft dough.
Add the cardamom, rose water and almonds. Gradually add NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk , and mix until well combined.
Form the dough into small balls. Allow the balls to cool properly.
Dip the balls in melted chocolate, place them on baking paper and chill.
