Preparation
Place the egg yolks, NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk , orange zest, lemon zest, orange juice, lemon juice and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Beat until well combined and smooth.
Combine flour, sugar and vanilla and add gradually to the egg mixture, beat until smooth.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form then fold carefully into the milk and flour mixture.
Pour the mixture into 8 individual ovenproof baking cups greased with greased. Place cups in a roasting pan filled with ¾ hot water.
Bake in a 170°C preheated oven for 55 minutes.
Dust with icing sugar and serve hot or warm.
