Preparation
Combine oats, desiccated coconut and brown sugar in a large bowl. Add melted butter and stir until well combined.
Spread the mixture into 28cm x 20cm shallow tin lined with baking paper.
Combine NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk , eggs, vanilla, butter and desiccated coconut in a bowl and mix well then pour over the prepared base.
Bake in a 180°C preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until surface is golden. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
Allow cooling properly in fridge then cut into slices and serve.
