Ingredients

  • 2¼ cups digestive biscuits or 250 g, crumbled
  • ½ cup butter or 110 g, melted
  • ½ cup fresh cream or 125 ml, chilled
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 tin peaches, canned and drained or 450 g, cut into halves

Preparation

Combine biscuit crumbs and butter until a dough is formed. Press the dough down the base and sides of a 26cm loose bottom Tart Pan.

Beat other ingredients except the peach in a mixing bowl until well combined.

Place 5 peach halves in the dough and pour the mixture over the prepared base.

Bake in a 170˚C oven for 25-30 minutes or until mixture becomes firm.

Cooking tips : Avoid pouring the mixture directly over the peach.
