Ingredients

  • 1¼ cup sugar or 250 g
  • 1½ cup semolina or 240 g
  • ½ cup butter or 100 g
  • ½ cup rose water or 125 ml
  • 2 tins NESTLÉ® Cream or 340 g
  • 1 cup almonds or 160 g, toasted and chopped

Preparation

In a large saucepan, melt sugar over low heat until it adopts a caramel like color. Add semolina and butter and stir for 2-3 minutes.

Add rose water, stirring constantly over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1 tin of NESTLÉ® Cream .

Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and leave aside to cool.

Before serving, garnish with the toasted chopped almonds and spoon the remaining NESTLÉ® Cream on top.
