Preparation
In a large saucepan, melt sugar over low heat until it adopts a caramel like color. Add semolina and butter and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add rose water, stirring constantly over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1 tin of NESTLÉ® Cream .
Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and leave aside to cool.
Before serving, garnish with the toasted chopped almonds and spoon the remaining NESTLÉ® Cream on top.
