Ingredients

  • 700 g chicken breast fillets, 100 g each
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 sachets MAGGI® Coating Mix
  • 2 cups vegetable oil or 400 g, for deep frying
  • 7 slices turkey ham
  • 7 slices cheese

Preparation

Dip each chicken breast fillet in eggs then in MAGGI® Coating Mix .

Heat oil to 175˚C; drop a small piece of bread into the hot oil to check the temperature.

Fry coated chicken breasts over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes from both sides or until chicken is cooked and turn golden in color.

Place slice of turkey ham over each chicken breast then a slice of cheese and place them under griller until cheese melts.

Serve with green salad and French fries.

Cooking tips : Fold turkey ham and cheese to the size of chicken breast.
