Preparation
Cook gnocchi according to the packaging instructions then cool and drain and set it aside.
Warm olive oil in a medium non-stick saucepan, add and cook garlic until fragrant. Then add baby zucchini, carrot and mushroom and keep stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
Add MAGGI® Bolognaise Mix and water and bring to boil while stirring. Simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
Add the cooked gnocchi and parsley and stir gently then serve.
