Ingredients

  • 700 g gnocchi, ready-made
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 medium baby zucchini or 300 g, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 medium carrot or 150 g, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 cup mushrooms or 100 g, cut into quarters
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® Bolognaise Mix
  • 2 cups water or 500 ml
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Preparation

Cook gnocchi according to the packaging instructions then cool and drain and set it aside.

Warm olive oil in a medium non-stick saucepan, add and cook garlic until fragrant. Then add baby zucchini, carrot and mushroom and keep stirring constantly for 3 minutes.

Add MAGGI® Bolognaise Mix and water and bring to boil while stirring. Simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.

Add the cooked gnocchi and parsley and stir gently then serve.

Serving tips : Garnish the top with cracked black pepper, parsley and flakes of parmesan cheese.
