In a bowl, combine NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and Mascarpone cheese.
Combine NESCAFÉ gold coffee with apple juice. Brush both sides of finger biscuits with the coffee and apple mixture. Arrange half of the biscuits over the bottom of a 28cm x 20cm serving dish.
Spread half of NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and cheese mixture over finger biscuits and sprinkle over some of the cocoa powder.
Repeat the layering process, dust with cocoa powder and chill for 4 hours before serving.
