Toss digestive biscuit crumbs and butter together in a bowl. Press the mixture into the base of a 24cm spring form pan.
In a bowl, combine NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, unsalted cream cheese, banana essence, vanilla, mashed banana and eggs. Beat ingredients until smooth then spread over crust.
Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes in a 175°C hot oven or until set. Leave the cake in the pan to cool on wire rack. Refrigerate until firm.
Cover with the whipped cream and decorate with the banana slices.
