In a deep saucepan sauté garlic in vegetable oil until aromatic but not golden. Add tomato paste, thyme, baby clams, tiger prawns and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
Add water and bring to a boil. Add MAGGI® Chicken Noodle Soup and fish pieces, and simmer over medium heat until fish is cooked.
