2 cups water or 500 ml
4 tablespoons honey
2 cups instant couscous or 340 g
1 tablespoon butter
1½ cups liquid cream or 375 ml
1 tin NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
½ cup toasted almonds or 45 g, flaked
½ cup pistachio nuts or 75 g, roughly crushed
200 g strawberries, trimmed and cut into quarters
pinch of ground cinnamon
Bring water and honey to boil in a casserole.
Remove from heat, stir in couscous using a fork then cover and let it stand for 4 minutes.
Add butter. Stir and fluff with a fork until well combined. Set aside to cool into a room temperature.
Whip fresh liquid cream using electric mixer for 5-6 minutes or until it is stiff. Fold NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk with the whipped cream to combine well.
Place the cooled couscous in the plate and top with cream mixture nuts, strawberries and cinnamon powder.
