Place butter, apples, sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan, stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the apples caramelize. Remove from heat and stir in crushed digestive biscuits.
Divide chopped croissants into 8 individual ovenproof cups then divide the caramelized apple over the croissant.
In a bowl, mix NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk , water, vanilla and eggs then pour over the apples.
Place the cups in a baking dish with enough hot water to come halfway up the sides. Bake in a 170°C hot oven for 40 minutes or until set.
Heat apple jam and brush the top of each cup with it. Serve warm.
