2½ cups digestive biscuits or 250 g, crushed
½ cup butter or 110 g, melted
1 tin NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
1½ cups cream cheese or 300 g, unsalted
1 teaspoon banana essence
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 banana or 150 g, mashed
1½ cups whipping cream
1 banana or 150 g, extra for garnishing
Toss digestive biscuit crumbs and butter together in a bowl. Press the mixture into the base of a 24cm spring form pan.
In a bowl, combine NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk , unsalted cream cheese, banana essence, vanilla, mashed banana and eggs. Beat ingredients until smooth then spread over crust.
Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes in a 175°C hot oven or until set. Leave the cake in the pan to cool on wire rack. Refrigerate until firm.
Cover with the whipped cream and decorate with the banana slices.
