Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion or 50 g, chopped

200 g peeled shrimps, small size, cleaned

5 cups water or 1250 ml

1 sachet MAGGI® Spring Season Soup

1 medium tomato or 150 g, peeled and cut into cubes

1 cup fresh baby corn or 150 g, sliced

½ teaspoon red chili pepper, deseeded and chopped

¼ teaspoon ground turmeric

1 small carrot or 70 g, grated

1 cup fresh spinach or 75 g, chopped, coarse stems removed

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation

Warm olive oil in a saucepan, add chopped onions and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Add shrimps and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add water and MAGGI® Spring Season Soup . Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 7 minutes then add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer for another 3-4 minutes over low heat.

Add lemon juice and serve.
