In a bowl, combine NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk and Mascarpone cheese.
Combine NESCAFÉ® Gold with apple juice. Brush both sides of finger biscuits with the coffee and apple mixture. Arrange half of the biscuits over the bottom of a 28cm x 20cm serving dish.
Spread half of NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk and cheese mixture over finger biscuits and sprinkle over some of the cocoa powder.
Repeat the layering process, dust with cocoa powder and chill for 4 hours before serving.
