Ingredients

1/3 cup egyptian rice or 65 g

1 tin NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g

1 teaspoon vanilla powder

1½ cups whipping cream or 375 ml, liquid

2 eggs

1 cup water or 250 ml

1 teaspoon NESCAFÉ Instant Coffee

¼ cup sultanas raisins or 40 g

Preparation

In a pot, boil rice with a liter of boiling water for 12 to14 minutes until rice is well cooked. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, stir together NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk , vanilla powder, liquid cream, eggs, water, NESCAFÉ Instant Coffee and sultanas, then add the cooked rice.

Pour liquid mixture into ovenproof baking cups. Place cups in a roasting pan which has enough hot water to come halfway up the side of the cups.

Bake in a 160°C oven for 40 to 45 minutes.

Serve cold.
