Ingredients
1 can corn or 400 g, creamed
1 can whole kernel corn, canned or 400 g
1 cup water or 250 ml, hot
2 cubes MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon or 20 g
4 tablespoons butter, small cubes
2 cups macaroni pasta or 300 g
3 cups cheddar cheese or 300 g, grated
Preparation
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C and place oven rack to middle position.
In a mixing bowl, combine Creamed Corn, Corn Kernels, Hot Water, MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon , and Butter cubes.
Place un-cooked Macaroni pasta in a large casserole dish, add 2/3 (200 g) of the shredded Cheddar Cheese and the Corn mixture. Gently stir until pasta is mixed with the cheese and corn. Make sure the pasta is fully covered with the sauce.
Add the remaining Cheddar Cheese on top and bake in an oven for 25-30 minutes or until pasta is cooked and cheese is slightly toasted on top.
