1½ cups butter biscuit or 150 g, crumbled
5 tablespoons butter or 75 g, melted
1 cup chocolate chips or 180 g, semi-sweet
1 cup dried cranberries or 150 g
1 cup desiccated coconut or 75 g
1 cup sliced almonds or 125 g
1 tin NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 395 g
Line a 27cm × 18cm × 3cm baking tin with baking paper. Mix together the biscuit crumbs and the melted butter and press even over the base of the tin.
Sprinkle over the chocolate drops, dried cranberries, coconut and almonds. Pour the NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk evenly over the top.
Bake in a 180 °C preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and firm in the center. Cut when cold into bars or squares.
