Beat the butter and caster sugar for 5 minutes until creamy, then add the egg yolk and beat well.
Add the flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix well. Spread into a base of a 28cm x 24cm baking tin lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes in 180°C preheated oven then remove and set aside.
Combine NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk and the sifted cocoa powder and stir until well combined. Add raisins, chocolate chips, vanilla, ground almonds and egg; Mix well and pour over the prepared base.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in 180°C preheated oven. Remove from oven and set to cool.
Cut into small slices and serve.
