HOW TO PREPARE Cardamom toffee sweets Recipe

Line a tray with parchment paper.

In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat the Nestlé Sweetened condensed milk with cardamom on medium flame. Stir constantly using a wooden spoon until the mixture turns into a caramelized ball.

Put the mixture over the parchment paper and squeeze until warm.

Divide into 4 portions and shape each into a finger of 1 inch diameter.

Cut the fingers into 1 inch cubes using a greased knife or scissor.

Allow to completely cool then wrap with cellophane sheets or serve immediately.
