Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add garlic and broccoli and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add water and MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup. Bring to boil with stirring then simmer for 6-8 minutes.
Stir in cheese and parsley and season with pepper.
Serve with toasted croutons.
