Warm olive oil in a medium non-stick saucepan; Add and cook chicken until its color changes. Add the tomato, carrot and potato and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add water, tomato paste, paprika MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup and green bell pepper and bring to boil. Simmer with occasional stirring for 10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
Stir with parsley and serve.
