Melt butter in a large sauce pan, add garlic and ginger and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add water, MAGGI Chicken Noodles Soup, fish sauce and Soy sauce. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine coriander, mint, spring onions and Soy bean sprouts in a bowl. Divide the mixture among 4 to 5 serving bowls.
Pour hot soup into bowls and serve.
