Place the flour in a pan, stir on low heat until it start adopting a golden color. Remove from heat and spread on a large tray.
Chop the dates, add them to the flour and kneed with hands. Gradually, add margarine or butter until all ingredients are well mixed and form a soft dough.
Add the cardamom, rose water and almonds. Gradually add NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, and mix until well combined.
Form the dough into small balls. Allow the balls to cool properly.
Dip the balls in melted chocolate, place them on baking paper and chill.
