Mix all the ingredients together, except the jam and vermicelli, making soft dough. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Sheet the dough and cut it using cutters of different shapes (ginger bread man, star, bell, Christmas tree…). Bake the shapes in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 10 to 12 minutes.
Heat the jam (add a little amount of water if the texture is so hard); brush the cookies with jam and dip in the colored vermicelli.
