Place NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, custard powder, egg yolk and vanilla essence in a large saucepan. Stir all the ingredients with a whisk until well combined.
Gradually add the boiling water under constant stirring, bring to boil while stirring and simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Combine butter and crushed biscuits in a bowl then press over the base and sides of a greased 26cm tart pan with a removable bottom.
Spread the strawberries jam over the base then pour the cooled cream mixture over the strawberry jam, smooth the top. Chill for 2-3 hours.
Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve.
