HOW TO PREPARE Cream of Lentil Soup Recipe

Heat oil in a saucepan, add onions and cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add water, MAGGI Lentil Soup and bring to boil then simmer for 15 minutes.

Stir in lemon juice, and NESTLÉ Carnation Evaporated Milk. Cook for 1 minute then remove from heat.

Serve with toasted croutons.
