Heat oil in a large saucepan, add and cook onions for 3-4 minutes or until softened.
Add water and MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup, bring to boil while stirring.
Add green peas, carrot, baby zucchinis and cauliflower and simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes.
Serve with toasted croutons.
