Melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water, remove from heat and set aside.
In a bowl, combine NESTLÉ Cream, the soft milk bread crumbs, tea biscuit crumbs, ground almond and butter. Mix the ingredients well.
Stir in the melted chocolate and mix well.
Roll the mixture into small balls.
Dip the balls in cocoa powder and serve.
