Peel tomatoes and chop them finely.
Place tomatoes, olive oil and garlic in a saucepan and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add water and bring to boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Place ingredients in a food processor or blender, process until smooth then return to the saucepan.
Add MAGGI Asparagus Soup and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Add NESTLÉ Carnation Evaporated Milk, cook for 1 minute.
Season with black pepper and serve.
