Combine minced chicken, garlic, ginger and curry in a bowl then form them into small balls.
Add water and MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup to a large saucepan and bring to boil.
Add the chicken balls, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Season with salt and fresh ground black pepper.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
