Combine biscuit crumbs and butter until a dough is formed. Press the dough down the base and sides of a 26cm loose bottom Tart Pan.
Beat other ingredients except the peach in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Place 5 peach halves in the dough and pour the mixture over the prepared base.
Bake in a 170˚C oven for 25-30 minutes or until mixture becomes firm.
