In a medium pot heat Vegetable oil and sauté beef until brown and set aside
Add onions ,garlic and vegetables and sauté until soft
Add Beef, caraway seeds and paprika and pour over the water. Bring to the boil, and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, until meat is just tender
Add MAGGI TOMATO NOODLE SOUP. Stir and Simmer for a further 15 minutes
Serve topped with a swirl of sour cream and parsley
