For the dough: put flour, baking powder, cardamom and oil in the mixing bowl. Fix dough hook and knead until combined. Add water and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and knead until you get soft dough. Wrap dough and leave it on the counter for 30 minutes.
For stuffing: stir walnuts, cardamom, cinnamon, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and rosewater in a bowl until well combined.
To prepare the dessert: take around 1 teaspoon of the dough, flatten it between your hands and put some stuffing in the middle. Close firmly and shape into an egg.
For frying: heat oil in a deep frying pan over low heat. Fry guita eggs for a few minutes until golden.
For serving: remove guita eggs from oil and put them on tissues for few seconds then dip in NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk to form a light wrap. Roll in powdered sugar until well covered.
Let the dessert cool then sprinkle with more powdered sugar.
