Heat oil in a large nonstick pan or wok, add and cook onions over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add prawns, garlic and ginger, stir over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli, mushrooms, and carrots and stir for 2 minutes.
Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a small cup. Then add it to the prawn’s mixture. Bring to boil and simmer, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with cooked noodles or cooked rice.
