Use convenient cups or silicon molds. Brush them with oil.
In a saucepan, pour tea, ginger and cardamom; let the mixture boil over low heat for 2 minutes. Discard cardamom seeds.
Spread gelatin over tea mixture and stir slowly until the gelatin is dissolved, leave the mixture to boil for 1 minute. Add NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and stir until dissolved.
Pour the mixture into the cups or molds.
Refrigerate until the mixture thickens.
Take the dessert out of the fridge, flip it over serving plates and decorate with NESTLÉ CREAM and cardamom.
