Combine minced lamb, onion, and parsley in a bowl. Divide the mixture into equal portions and form them into small balls. Place lamb balls in an oven tray and bake in 200°C preheated oven for 10 minutes or until balls are cooked.
Meanwhile add water and MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup in a large saucepan.
Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the cooked lamb balls and stir.
Garnish with additional chopped parsley and serve.
