Melt butter in a large saucepan, add and cook lamb and onion on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
Add brown rice, water and tomato paste. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
Add MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup and simmer for more 10 minutes.
Season with pepper and serve.
