HOW TO PREPARE Orange Ginger Tea Cake Recipe
Combine butter, eggs, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, flour, baking powder, vanilla powder, orange zest and grated ginger in a bowl of an electric mixer.
Beat on low speed until ingredients are combined, then beat on medium speed for 4-5 minutes or until mixture is smooth and changes color.
Turn the mixture into a greased loaf tin 30cm x 11 cm and bake in 170°C preheated oven for 1 hour or until golden brown.
