Combine flour, butter and icing sugar in a bowl, rub the ingredients by hand until crumbs form. Add the egg yolk and mix until firm dough forms. Press into the base and sides of 26 cm loose bottomed tart tin.
Bake in 200°C preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
Beat the melted butter and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk. Add ground almonds, eggs and vanilla and stir well.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared tart tin. Place the pear halves over the mixture and push them slightly into the mixture.
Bake in 185°C preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until firm in the middle.
Cool before serving.
