1 tablespoon butter
300 g calamari, cut into small cubes
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon ground coriander
5½ cups water or 1375 ml
1 sachet MAGGI® Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 medium tomato or 150 g, peeled and finely chopped
pinch of ground black pepper, to taste
Heat butter in a saucepan. Add and cook calamari, garlic and coriander for 3-4 minutes.
Add water, MAGGI® Cream of Mushroom Soup and tomato. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Season with black pepper and serve.
