4½ cups water or 1125 ml
1 sachet MAGGI® Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup frozen green peas or 160 g, thawed
200 g chicken breasts, boiled and finely shredded
3 tablespoons spring onions, sliced
pinch of ground black pepper
Add water and MAGGI® Cream of Chicken Soup to a large sauce pan. Bring to boil with constant stirring.
Add green peas and simmer for 8 minutes. Blend the soup until smooth using as stick blender or kitchen blender.
Return soup to the saucepan and add shredded chicken and cook for 5 another minutes.
Stir in the spring onions and pepper and serve.
