HOW TO PREPARE Tabikh Okra with Potato Recipe
Heat oil in a large sauce pan. Add onion and garlic then cook for 4 minutes or until they become golden in color.
Add okra. Stir for 4 minutes then add spices, tomato, tomato paste, coriander, MAGGI Chicken Stock cubes and water.
Bring to boil, simmer over low heat for 15 minutes or until okra is almost cooked.
Add potatoes, cover and simmer over low heat for another 15-20 minutes or until it's cooked.
