In a small bowl, mix biscuit crumbs with melted butter. Then press the mixture into a 26cm removable bottom tart pan.
In a small saucepan, stir together NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, water, custard powder and orange juice. Cook with stirring over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until a thick sauce forms.
Remove the sauce from heat, add the chopped white chocolate and stir until chocolate melts and becomes smooth. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Add the cream cheese and beat until completely smooth.
Stir in chopped strawberries and spoon into prepared crust. Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours or until firm.
Serve as semi-frozen slices with additional fresh strawberries.
