Preparation:
• Cut 500g chicken breast and 1 onion into thin slices; add Maggi Mix, 1 chopped tomato, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 3 tablespoons yoghurt.
• Mix well and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
• Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the chicken in an oven dish; cook for 10 mins, stir and cook for another 10 mins.
• Serve with flatbread. Enjoy!
