It takes more than a glass of water to rehydrate from your workout session! Water is essential and more so during exercise because it enhances your performance and replaces the fluids you lose when you sweat. So drink water before, during and after your workout!

Can you drink water during eating? Yes! Water is your best choice of beverage to sip on during your meal. It is calorie-free and will not make you feel bloated.

Drink 8 glasses of water daily! That’s how much you need to ensure adequate hydration. Remember that in hot weather or when exercising you tend to lose more water, so you need to drink more!

Forgetting to drink enough water? Keep a big bottle of water near you at all times: in the office, at home or in your purse or briefcase. This way you’ll always be reminded to drink

Don’t wait until you are thirsty to drink water since moderate dehydration can reduce your concentration, alertness, and your performance at work!
