  • 2.5 cups Tea biscuit
  • 1.25 cups Apricot, dried
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 0.75 cup desiccated coconut

How to prepare

  1. Place all ingredients, except for the coconut, in a large bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Divide the mixture into thirds for ease of handling. Roll each piece into a log shape, using wet hands. Coat each log in coconut, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 2 hours, until firm.
  3. Slice before serving.
